Physcial Stock check and celine last day…

Today, is my company physical stock check. Every last day of the month, we will have stock check. I hate stock check.

Due to change of new system, our stock check for this month is quite special. They kill alot of trees due to they need to print alot of stock check cards. My manager estimate that total 1650 materials.=.=”‘

All purchaser plus 1 Qm have to go to the store and do physical stock check and my manager had assign 3 person to be under me.

My group have 4 ppl including me. Luckily all my member are boys. Only boys have the energy to help carried down the material. lol. we seperate into 2 groups. 1 is the counter and 1 is the checker. hehe.. i am the checker. lol. checker also need to carry down the material can. the operator that work with me said that i am strong. haha.. but than i carry the material until my hand tremble cos it too heavy for me.. lol.

Around 3 plus, almost all of them had check finished. I havent check finish yet. I am the last one. lol..Luckily, they came and help me. lol. My slitter and storeman all crowded ard me and they helped me. when they came to help me, i no longer need to carry down the heavy stuff. they helped me carry. haha.. all i need to do is said how much is the quantity, tear the paper and write down the quantity can already. lol. then i said i dont have enough sticker. lol.. they all quickly turned around and helped me find more sticker. their reaction damn funny. haha.. i saw already, i kept on laugh.

After i had calculate all my stock in  the shelf that i am dedicated to, i went upstair to input the data. One of my colleague asked me how come just now so many ppl crowded ard you? than i told her that cos my stock haven count finish. i complained to her that my head damn pain. in the end, she helped me told my manager that i head pain and i knock off from work at 8.30. my colleague they all still input or sort out the card.

Today is my brother offical days to serve Singapore. His camp at kranji and his platoon is hawk. Report the camp at 8 plus, at 9am they bring us go around the camp. First stop, the gym, second stop, the running track, third system the Medical centre.

After that, we sat the bus provided by them. my mum was asking where the bus will bring us to. my bro replied: ” to jurong bird park” haha.. cos the bus picture is Jurong bird park.

They took their uniform etc etc. then go see their bunk. I saw the word hawk, i sian diao. cos i heard from c3 until i had the impression that hawk is very lousy and tough.
Their bunk ,i feel that it’s look like sick bay. haha.. then my bro try the uniform, shoe, boots and helmet. everything fits well.

After everyone ok, they brought us to eat. the food there ok. my dad said, today food ok, but after tml onward, the foods cant make it.

Eaten our lunch already, it time to shave hair.

after the shaving, it time to bid farewell. when saying bye bye, i felt damn sad and tear wanna flow out.
sian.. No J to play with and disturb with. i will miss him.sad.. today going to my sister to sleeppppppppp. after the shave, i felt that my bro become more handsome.. lol =)

yesterday, after finish working OT, my colleague, fung and me went to causeway point to shop for those small electronic fan. we want to buy something to motivate our storeman and mdm. haha.

They really work very hard and all of us is feeling very tired but what can we do? we still need to continue doing. All the manager include my manager are not understanding enough. All they will said is, how come ur man issue out the material so slow? asked them faster. Cant issue finished, they do until 12am still must continue do until they completed. i heard already, i very sian. Are we human to you? blah blah blah.

Today, early in the morning, we went to store. We put one sticker of mosquite repell on our hand. we saw a storeman, we beat them inorder to stick the sticker on their shirt. lol. all their reaction was ouch. One funny thing was that, fung beat shao hong until shao hong screaming in pain and he said, fung i got what thing make u so unhappy that u need to like that revenge. lol

Then we explained to them and give them their present. haha.. and it was fun in the morning before start of work. after the work bell rang, i immediately no energy.

Everyone is very tired of working. I know the reason why so many ppl want to leave this company. haha. they leave this company is because this company benefit are poor(basically no beneift at all), low salary, inhuman and stingy.lol

Why i said they are inhuman because they dont treat us like human. All they thought of is how to fulfill customer order that lead time is so short and they decide the things for us without asking us for approval.

Currently my company’s operator had been doing ot for all days. Monday to friday they work from 8am to 11pm and sat and sun they still need to come back and work. for weekend their working time is 8 to 5pm. they basically have no rest. Poor thing lei.

Last friday, i was on leave. I felt very lucky to be on leave due to my colleague told me that my manager had asked them to check the data. She asked them whether they want to do the data at home or go back on sat and sun to check the data. I heard already, i felt very lucky and thank to tomato.lol

But the next moment, my colleague told me that 30 and 31 maybe we need to go back to office and work. then i damn sian. My manager had informed us before.=.=”‘ I hope no need go back to work. I seriously hate working in this company. After work, we rush to take the company transport at 9pm. she told me that if she continue working in this company, she will get depression. haha.. which i think is quite true. haha. because too stressful. haha

Took the same bus home with Uncle Larry. haha. i asked him how come u want to spend ur whole life serving this company. he told me the history of this company. In the past, this company is a small company which consist of only 30 ppl. Everyone was in a good term with each other,they enjoy working with each other and they are very close to each other due to they everyone will go disco or go eat dinner together. He told me that even though at that time, their salary is very low, he still dont mind working there because the MD was very good.

lol. then he said that in the past, this company does not have so much pressure or even dont have any pressure not like now. haha. Those of bird there said in the past the company is better. haha.

Last saturday, met up with xianglin, Meixian and kahli to go watch movie and shopping.

We went to watch Ramen gal. lol. After the movie ends, we wants to go to the ladies. Here is the funny part. 4 of us went to gent.lol. Damn funny and embrassed. And everyone was looking and laughing at us. haha. OMG!!! then we quickly walk away.Lesson learnt,on the way to ladies, please to do too engross into talking. haha

After movie, we went to bugis street and shop. We shop until dinner time. After dinner time, we went back to shop again. I am broke. haha

On sunday, it’s mother day. Meet up with my sister and brother in law at ps to go to Tao Resturant to eat lunch. haha. My mum damn lame. when someone shortage of money to use, she use the phrase because she shortage of vit M.lol. The first thing my sister saw me, she said ” gal ah ur hair so messy, go rebond ur hair.” lol then my also said go rebond ur hair. haha.When my sister got to know that my brother made a braclet for me and my mum, she called my brother to complain my bro bias, never do one for her. haha. so funny.

Monday

Today is Monday and i was having monday blue. lol. In the morning, felt very sian because need to work. I sian talk in a low tone until one of my colleague thgt she called wrong number. She recalled and asked me just now is it i picked up the called. LOL. then i said ya. she said that she thgt she called wrong number because she heard a guy voice. lol

I heard already i laugh out loud. haha. then the toilet in the office is spoilt. lol. then we have to go downstair toilet. lol. when walk to the toilet, the guy asked me u want go toilet ar.lol. cos he said everyone from office walk here just to go toilet. =.=”‘ haha

I sick and tired of working. I apply leaved on next monday. haha =)
